At On Track we rank our teachers according to the amount of education and experience they have had in the areas of Music Education and other areas of the Music industry.  The rate that is charged for a particular instructor is based upon that teachers ranking within our own system.  Below is a brief description of how we rank our instuctors, the highest level being School Director.

Level V:  Private Instruction with School Director Scott Graves

     Scott Graves is the founder of On Track Music, Writer of the core curriculum, Musical Director for all of the AMP’D bands.  Every other teacher in the program has studied privately with him.  Scott teaches beginners to professionals.  For Detailed information on Scott's background click on the Scott's Bio link from the extended menu on the left of the page.

Level IV: Professional Teacher

    Level IV teachers are well versed in all styles of popular guitar.  They are excellent music transcribers and have had many years of teaching experience.  Level IV teachers take beginning to very advanced students.   

Level III:  On Track Instructor

    Level III teachers range from teachers with extensive “hands on” teaching experience to teachers with Music degrees.  They are excellent instructors who are dedicated to a career in music.  Level III instructors teach beginning to advanced students.
                                           
Level II:  On Track Instructor

   Level II instructors started as student teachers and have excelled in their teaching skills. They have had 2 - 3 years of teaching experience.  Level II instructors teach beginners to advanced intermediates.     
                   
Level I:  Student Teacher

   Level I student teachers are exceptional students of the On Track Program who have been personally trained by Scott Graves in teaching his outstanding method for Guitar.  Level I teachers are excellent for beginning to intermediate level students.
